Together with my Noorder Art colleagues, I’ve made a wonderful timetravel: over the town of Bredevoort between 1568 and 1648 during the Eighty Years' War.

We spent almost a year planning, researching, painting and chilling, resulting in a beautiful exhibition in the Koppelkerk in Bredevoort, for which everyone only painted on this subject. How special!

Bredevoort schools visit the exhibition, "Prince Maurits" does a city walk as a guide,there will be a reenactmentgroup and there is a theatre performance by Gery Groot Zwaafting with musicians.

Hoe mooi is dit!! Een soldatenpotje gegeten bij Bertram in het teken van Bredevoort en de Tachtigjarige Oorlog n.a.v. de expositie van Noorder Art in de Koppelkerk.

Bertram is een eet- en drinkgelegenheid in een oude herbergachtige stijl. Opgericht in 1994 in een voormalig stadsboerderij uit 1704.
